iAllo Cookies Policy
Effective Date: October 21, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how iAllo, Inc. (“iAllo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies on our website (iallo.io) and web applications.
What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. We also use browser local storage (localStorage), a standard web technology that allows a website to store and retrieve data locally within your browser. Together, these technologies help our website function efficiently, remember your session state, and provide us with analytics on how visitors interact with our website and services. How we use cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage for the following purposes:Essential Cookies and Storage:
These are strictly necessary for the proper functioning and security of our website and applications. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, maintaining session authentication, or saving your privacy preferences. Because these are essential to operate the Services, they cannot be disabled.Analytics Cookies and Local Storage:
We use Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc., hosted in the United States), and we may also use Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with iallo.io and our applications.- What is collected on our website: On iallo.io, Mixpanel records pages visited, buttons and links clicked (such as "Start free trial," "Book a demo," or app-store links), whether a contact form was submitted (without recording the contents of the form), approximate location derived from your IP address (city and country), device and browser type, the referring website's domain, and marketing campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). On our public website, Mixpanel does not record form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or full URLs containing query strings.
- How Mixpanel website storage works: Mixpanel stores a randomly generated visitor ID along with your current session context (initial landing page and campaign tags, which expire after 30 minutes of inactivity) in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie.
- Google Analytics storage (when enabled): Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies with the prefix
iallo_site_gato recognise a browser and measure website visits and sessions. These cookies may remain for up to two years. Collection follows our website banner choices and browser privacy signals. Declining analytics stops this website's Google Analytics collection and removes these cookies. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Our page-view code sends page addresses without query strings. When enabled, enhanced measurement also records scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, site searches and supported video or form interactions. This may include destination URLs, search terms and element identifiers, but not the contents entered in our contact form or account profile details. - Linking website visits to accounts at sign-up: While browsing our public website as an unauthenticated visitor, analytics data is pseudonymous. However, if you click from our website to sign up and create an iAllo account, your initial landing page and campaign tags are passed to the application and linked to your new user account. Once linked, this data is associated with your identifiable account profile.
Marketing Cookies:
Where enabled, we may work with advertising partners who use cookies or pixels to measure campaign performance and deliver relevant advertisements across other websites. These technologies are governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.
Types of users and tracking
Website Visitors:
Visitors browsing public pages on iallo.io encounter essential storage and—subject to your browser settings (such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control) and applicable banner choices—analytics technologies. Where required by applicable law (such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we obtain your consent before enabling non-essential analytics storage.Registered Application Users:
When you sign up for or log into the iAllo web or mobile applications, essential authentication data is stored to keep you logged in, and product usage telemetry is recorded via Mixpanel and linked directly to your account ID and profile details (name, email address, phone number, and company) as further described in our Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies, local storage, and preference signals
- Do Not Track (DNT) & Global Privacy Control (GPC): On iallo.io, if you have switched on the "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting or the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal in your web browser, our website automatically honors that signal and sends no data to Mixpanel.
- Banner & Opt-Out Controls: You may manage your analytics preferences through our website privacy banner (where presented) or by emailing us at hello@iallo.io. If we use Google Analytics, you may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Browser Settings: Most web browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and clear localStorage data through your browser settings (typically found under "Privacy" or "Clear browsing data"). Please note that clearing or blocking essential storage may prevent parts of our website or applications from functioning properly.
